Course Objectives
Employees who have completed this course should be able to identify the definition of a disability, statistics on disabilities in Canada, and federally relevant laws, acts, and standards in Canada. They should also be able to identify workplace-relevant standards on topics from Ontario's AODA including information, communication and hiring.
