Training Level Differences
We offer three levels of safety training designed to meet your specific needs, whether you prefer the convenience of online learning or the comprehensive, gold-standard instruction of in-person training. Explore the key differences between these training levels below to find the perfect fit.
Certified Proficient
All courses in this category offer training and instruction at a level comparable to "industry standard" and are typically referred to as "awareness level" knowledge of the subject being presented. These courses do not include "Certification" for a specific Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Additional content, skill building, and instruction may be required for field use of the skill indicated. Students are not required to pass a course examination for completion.
Certified Trained
Participants can expect a higher level of training with more emphasis on hazard identification and mitigation than "awareness level" courses. You can expect content that exceeds the "Proficient" level (or "industry standard"). Participants receive a Certificate of Completion and wallet card after successful completion. Accordingly, students must receive a passing grade on the Course Assessment, typically 10-25 questions in total. Courses at this level are regulation-compliant and CFR-driven to ensure comprehension and mastery of the subject area.
Certified Elite
Certified Elite courses are the gold standard in professional training. The courses offer professional training that is engaging, immersive, and includes multiple hands-on learning experiences. Courses meet or exceed CFR requirements and have at least 20% (most are 100%) of the course delivered in-person by Compliance Solutions corps of Instructors. Students and employers can expect top-tier education from professionals with direct field and industry experience.
