OUR STORY
Compliance Solutions was founded in 1995 however, the idea behind the company was conceived many years prior. The company’s founders, believed that employee training could be effective and affordable... not mutually exclusive. For example: At the time, initial 40-Hour HAZWOPER training averaged $895 per student. The classes, mainly offered by Environmental Consultants and A&E companies, were few and far in-between. In addition to the high prices, travel costs were typically added to the expense. After some extensive planning ... Compliance Solutions was officially launched on December 15th, 1995.
For it's debut, they began with a single instructor, teaching classes in four cities (Denver, Detroit, Atlanta, and Oakland). In 1998 they launched the first online training course in the industry (the 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher).
In 2001, Compliance Solutions debuted another "industry first": Blended Learning" for the 40-Hour HAZWOPER which allowed employers to fully meet OSHA requirements with 32 hours of online and 8-hours of Instructor-Led training including a "Dress-Out" and comprehensive class exercises.
In 2020, in response to the COVID pandemic, Compliance Solutions began offering Virtual Instructor-Led training (combining the best of both worlds).

Compliance Solutions offers mandated OSHA, EPA, and DOT certification courses in 58 U.S. cities and private onsite classes anywhere in the world. With an experienced cadre of 30+ Instructors, located strategically throughout the country, their growth and success (due largely to consistency and quality) is hard to overlook.
With three modes of training (online, seminar and virtual) Compliance Solutions is the only viable option for companies looking to lower their risk profiles with OSHA compliant, nationwide, blended learning options.
