This training provides full 40-Hour Certification (including hands-on training) for employees previously certified as an "Occasional Site Worker" (24-Hour HAZWOPER) under 29 CFR 1910.120(e). This training eliminates the time and expense required to complete a full 40-hour course in its entirety. Students MUST have received 24-Hour HAZWOPER training through Compliance Solutions within the past 5-years (60 Months) and maintained certification (including annual refreshers) during that time. We cannot accept 24-hour certifications issued by another training source.
The 8-Hour HAZWOPER Certification Refresher is designed for individuals who have previously completed the 40-Hour or 24-Hour HAZWOPER training and need to renew their certification to maintain compliance and stay updated on safety practices.
