Basic First Aid CAL/OSHA Training Online
Should a coworker sustain an injury requiring urgent medical assistance at the workplace, it is crucial to have someone trained in first aid available for immediate assistance, especially in California where proximity to a hospital or health clinic might not be guaranteed.
This course covers topics under 8 CCR Sec. 3400, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.151, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.23.

Course Objectives
In this course, employees will be instructed in fundamental first aid procedures and their practical application in real-life situations. They will also gain an understanding of their legal obligations as first aid providers, learn to recognize various medical emergencies and the appropriate responses, and understand how to react in specific environmental conditions such as extreme heat and cold.
