Back Injury Prevention Canada
Work-related back injuries frequently occur during activities such as lifting, lowering, carrying, pushing, or pulling loads, as well as when working in uncomfortable positions.
Upon finishing this course, students will showcase an understanding of the primary factors contributing to workplace back injuries and the preventive measures. Participants will gain insights into hazards and the three key types of hazard controls. The program imparts ergonomic knowledge to assist employers in meeting OHS requirements mandated by provincial, territorial, and federal laws.
