Online Course Transfer and Refund Policy

Please, check your purchase before you order! If you ordered the wrong course (i.e., Online instead of Instructor-Led training) or purchased the wrong course entirely, we provide a full refund if you notify us within 24-Hours of placing your order and have not started your online course.

If you meet these requirements, contact us in writing (so we have a valid time/date stamp) immediately!

Seminar Reschedule/Registration Policy

We understand...things happen! If you need to reschedule, contact us in writing (so we have a valid time/date stamp) as soon as possible! Provided you contact us at least 10-days before the class start date, we'll move you to another class at NO CHARGE! 

Because Instructor-Led training dates have associated expenses (travel expense, room rental, salaries, etc.) and, forcing us to cancel a class inconveniences other students, we've implemented a sliding fee scale if you submit a request later than 10-days... Read more
