Incident Investigation Canada
In a perfect world, there would be no workplace incidents or injuries. Unfortunately, workplace injuries are all too common. The Association of Workers' Compensation Boards of Canada reports that over a period of one year, there were 951 workplace fatalities and 251,508 workplace injuries reported in Canada.
Most of these incidents could have been avoided. When an incident occurs in your workplace, investigating it can help determine why it happened and what changes need to be made to keep an incident like it from happening again.
