The 8-Hour Emergency Response Technician Level III Training Refresher Seminar provides an on-going refresher training for the Level III Technician. According to OSHA regulations, each emergency responder level must take an 8-hour annual refresher course to stay current on the techniques used in a hazardous materials incident.

Emergency Response

The Emergency Responder Technician Level III Refresher helps to meet OSHA requirements in an informative and interactive manner. Our training course meets training requirements under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 (q) and is compliant with OSHA!

Included in the 8-Hour online course are numerous techniques used in keeping the responder safe while containing and mitigating a hazardous material spill/accident.

To fully comply with OSHA standards, students must review their company Emergency Response Plan (ERP) as a part of their annual refresher training. Before the student is allowed access to the final exam, they must attest to having reviewed a current copy of their ERP.
