Course Cancellation, Reschedule and Transfer Policy

After 24-Hours, training course orders are NOT eligible for refund or transfer to another course.

We MAY approve a refund/transfer request under the following conditions:

    • Provided WRITTEN notice is sent within 24-hours of placing your order, and;
    • The Student has completed less than one module or;
    • Less than 10% of the total course time for single module courses
    You will be given the opportunity to choose a different course from our catalog.
    Any request not meeting the above conditions will not be approved.

    Terms and Conditions:

    • Online courses CANNOT be transferred to another student.
    • Students have 90 days (3-months) to complete online courses.
    • Orders placed under a “Corporate Account” or “Discount Code” are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation, or transfer. 
    • If you transfer to a more expensive course, payment of additional tuition must be provided at the time the request is made.

    Online Course Extension Policy:

    •  Students may request a one-time, 30-day extension for online courses provided the request is made BEFORE the online course expires.
    • Students who have left the employ of a company, or fail the course exam are NOT eligible for credit, extension or transfer.
    • All online courses require the student pass a final exam to be issued a Certificate of Completion.

    Certification: Students are given 3 attempts to successfully pass course examinations. If a student fails an exam 3 times, they must re-enroll and pay the full course tuition. Students must complete all course work and time requirements for the new course. We will not extend partial credit or discount course tuition if a student fails a course. If a student fails a course twice, they are not eligible to re-enroll for 12 calendar months.

    Seminar and Virtual Training Reschedule Policy

    We understand...things happen! If you can't attend your scheduled class date, you have options:

    • If you contact us at least 15 calendar days prior to start date... we will reschedule you to a future class date AT NO CHARGE.
    • If your reschedule within 15 calendar days, there is sliding scale to reschedule/transfer... Reschedule Fees

    Verbal requests will not be honored. All Requests MUST be  made in writing.
