Course Cancellation, Reschedule and Transfer Policy

After 24-Hours, online training course orders are NOT eligible for refund or transfer to a seminar course.

We MAY approve a refund/transfer request under the following conditions:

    You've (accidentally) registered for the wrong training course:
    Please notify us IN WRITING within 24-hours of placing the order. We will apply your online purchase to another course in our catalog.

    Transfers: If you've already started a course (and have less than 30-minutes accumulated time) or, have exceed the 24-Hour notification period a we will transfer your tuition to another online course.

    Terms and Conditions:

    • Online courses CANNOT be transferred to another student.
    • Students have 90 days (3-months) to complete online courses.
    • Orders placed under a “Corporate Account” or “Discount Code” are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation, or transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
    • Refunds are not issued for transfers to courses of equal or lesser value. 
    • If you transfer to a more expensive course, you must provide payment for the additional tuition at the time of transfer.

    Course Extension Policy:

    •  Students may request a one-time, 30-day extension provided the request is made BEFORE the online course expires.
    • Students who have left the employ of a company, or fail the course exam are NOT eligible for credit, extension or refund of any kind, regardless of time spent in the course or time remaining.
    • All online courses require the student pass a final exam to be issued a Certificate of Completion.

    Certification: Students are given 3 attempts to successfully pass course examinations. If a student fails 3 times, they must re-enroll and pay the full course tuition. Failed exams also require the student to complete all course work and time requirements. We cannot extend partial credit or discount tuition if a student fails a course. Finally, if a student fails a course more than twice, they are not eligible to re-enroll for 12 calendar months.

    Seminar and Virtual Training Reschedule Policy

    We understand...things happen! If you can't attend your scheduled class date, you have options:

    • If you contact us at least 15-calendar days before the start date... we can reschedule your class to a future date... AT NO CHARGE!
    • If your reschedule INSIDE 15- calendar days, there is sliding scale to reschedule/transfer... Reschedule Fees

    Verbal requests to reschedule will not be honored. All Requests MUST be  made in writing.
