Are you an accomplished instructor with formal classroom training experience? 


Compliance Solutions Occupational Trainers  has opportunities available for a professional trainer who are competent in HAZWOPER, Emergency Response, OSHA 10/30 General Industry and/or Construction, Confined Space Entry, DOT/IATA Hazmat, and RCRA Hazardous Waste.


JOB TYPE: Contract
$300-$375 / day


SCHEDULE:
Day shift 
Monday to Friday 
No nights

We are the industry leader in occupational health and safety training; our mission… deliver high-quality and state-of-the-art training! We offer multiple approaches for instructor training; Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), and On-Site Training. Compliance Solutions provides training and services for over 14,000 clients nationwide. We service virtually every industry, including environmental, manufacturing, healthcare, construction and general industry, government, and military. Our Instructors teach scheduled, open enrollment training classes and on-site courses, mostly within the trainer’s assigned region.

  • We provide all training materials, including student manuals, instructor guides, and classroom swag
  • We handle your certification so you’re fully compliant and ready to go
  • We take care of travel and logistics—you just show up, bring the materials, and lead the training

    • QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS

  • Expert knowledge of HAZWOPER Confined Space Entry, DOT Hazmat, IATA Dangerous Goods, and RCRA regulations.
  • OSHA 10/30 Hour courses for Construction & General Industry are a plus.
  • Ability to train on a regular basis (1-3 times a month, typically 4 days at a time).

    • FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Deliver the following training for open enrollment classes and at client sites

  • HAZWOPER / Emergency Response / Site Supervisor (29 CFR 1910.120 (e)(p)(q)
  • DOT Hazmat Transportation (49 CFR)
  • IATA Dangerous Goods Transportation (IATA)
  • EPA Hazardous Waste Management, RCRA (40 CFR)
  • Confined Space Entry (29 CFR 1910/1926)
  • OSHA 10/30-Hour Construction/General Industry (OSHA's Outreach Program)
  • And other courses as needed for clients as situations dictate
