While in an Online Course
Where can I find out how much time is left in an Module?

After completing any module, if the next module is still grayed out and you are not able to continue this means you need to spend more time logged into the current module before continuing.  

How can I exit a course without losing time?

Next to the grayed-out module's name there is a small question mark.  If you hover your curser/arrow over the question mark it will give you an explanation.  

Please go back through the previous module for additional review.  The completion status of the module will not change by re-entering the module.  Once the minimum time requirement is met you will automatically have access to the next module.

If your course is "glitching" you may be  timing out excessively. Also, if you close your browser using the X in the upper right corner without officially logging out of the training, our system will think you are still logged in and will cause an error.

 

To avoid technical difficulties, please remain engaged in the training. If you have to step away, please log out.

Do I put my business address or residential address when purchasing online course?

When Purchasing an Online course it is requested that you put your business address on all order details in order to properly attribute

Where do I send the student who is taking the training information?

We will Send an email to you with your purchase details, and you should respond with the student full name and email in order for the student to receive the training details.
