Employees
who are required to wear a respirator in the workplace, must have their
respirator fit-tested (once initially and at least annually thereafter)
to be in compliance with 29 CFR 1910.134. We offer qualitative fit
testing for employees attending HAZWOPER training, for a small fee
additional fee. 

Employees should complete all OSHA prerequisites prior to being fit-tested including:

A recent review of your company's written respiratory protection plan

Completed training on the proper care and use of respirators and;

A recent (within 30 days) approved, Medical Clearance

Participants must provide: The respirator they use at work,
two (2) organic vapor cartridges, a current medical clearance and be
clean-shaven to complete fit-testing.
